Kristan: Break it to him.
XI: you usually dont get this worked up over games kristan, is everything alright?
XI: its been a few, usually youve typed up some sort of response by now, you there?
XI: dude? hello? i hate getting real like this over what very well may be nothing, but youre starting to worry me a bit since its been like ten minutes and you never really disappear so suddenly, unless youve just been playing the game which im realizing is probably it as i type this, but really if thats the case you seriously gotta work on your timing dude, right after seeming all emotional like that
IX: Back, I'm sorry. I had to gather my thoughts for a second.
IX: To tell the truth, no. Things are not alright.
IX: I am lost in a completely unknown and seemingly hostile environment, located in the middle of a giant storm.
IX: Mind you, this storm does not present immediate danger, but it has kept me more or less confined to my home. Along with that, these things called imps have been invading my home and trying to kill me.
IX: Unsuccessfully, as you can likely tell. But still.
IX: While I have remote assistance from Zariyah and the protection of a friend both familiar and newly met, I will soon be on my own in this land for a bit as I presumably explore beyond the storm.
IX: I am scared and confused, but the only viable option for me is to press on.
XI: holy shit what, this is all kinds of fucked up. why didnt you just tell me all this? is someone holding you to keeping it all secret? oh fuck, you arent putting yourself in danger by telling me all this are you?
IX: What? No, there is nobody holding me captive.
XI: then why didnt you tell me? and why the hell is getting me to play some dumb game your top priority in the midst of all this serious shit? tell me how to actually help you and ill get right on it
IX: ...This may sound like a stretch to you, but the game is what has caused all of this.
XI: oh god you havent been screwed with in the head there have you?
IX: No, my mind is fine! I hope.
IX: I can't tell you how, and I didn't want to tell you in fear it would turn you against playing it, but Sverb is causing the literal, actual destruction of Nobriel.
IX: However, its altering of reality is our only guaranteed way to survival. From my understanding, we have to make use of it to escape into another world where we will be safe from Nobriel's apocalypse.

XI: ...dude...
