XI: hey so i know you probably wont be seeing this since youre offline and all but its possible youre only SET to offline and may actually be there so this is kind of a wild prattle i may as well try for the heck of it, but anyway yeah would you happen to know anything about sverb because its kind of important
IE: Wow uh
IE: Im not sure what to say
XI: oh shit what youre actually there
IE: Im pretty surprised by the odds of someone prattling me to be honest
IE: A bit impressed, even
XI: huh guess i finally out-allied ya after all
IE: You out what me
XI: out-allied
XI: you know like short for "alethea" because doing things with weird preemptive knowledge is sorta your thing yknow
IE: Oh right
IE: I guess you did out-allie me, heheh
IE: But anyway weve been over this already
IE: I cannot use my visions to help you win your videogame matches, brey
XI: brey
IE: Yeah, figured id give you a nickname of your own too ;p
XI: oh huh, im not sure if i like it but thats probably a subject for another day. i wasnt contacting you about an online match because as cool as it would be i know your foresight doesnt work like that by now, i mean i guess it IS online in a way but its more like co-op if anything so
IE: Why would the nature of the game make a difference though
IE: I cant just choose what to see, no matter the gametype involved
XI: you didnt let me finish
IE: Whoops my bad, i didnt know you werent done
XI: its fine, do you really not know anything about this game sverb at all though? id have thought you would because you often seem to know about the more significant things in our lives
IE: Well, yeah, but
IE: ...Like, universal significance
IE: Whatever force it is that shows me these things couldnt give a crap about how much my friend likes some videogame :p
XI: thats the thing though alethea, this DOES have universal significance, or at least planetary significance i guess, enough that im sure your psychic radar would have gone off the charts over. i probably should have just came out and said this to begin with but i just assumed youd know already, and i dont know how to word this without sounding overdramatic or straight out of some lame B list action movie, but this is more than just a game. it is going to cause the end of the world. or in a way i guess it already IS causing the end of the world, at least according to what kristan told me (which i believe wholeheartedly, he isnt the type to lie about serious stuff like this and considering his and zariyahs occasional experiences with the occult i know its not completely out of the question anyway)
IE: ...
XI: wow shit, thats a lot to take in at once isnt it, i probably could have given that a more gradual structure huh
IE: No, i uh
IE: ...
